70 vacancies in the Aviation Industry in China

AVIC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co. Ltd (ACAE) is a subsidiary of Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). Their work relates to commercial aircraft engines and related products, including R&D, manufacture, final assembly, testing, sales, MRO, service and technological development.
They currently have 70 vacancies for:-
- Aircraft Engine R&D Engineers (50 vacancies)
- Technology supporting roles (10 vacancies)
- Management trainees (10 vacancies)

The working location will be in Shanghai.

Applicants must be Postgraduate students and from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, or Singapore who will graduate in 2011 or 2012

Staff from the Company are coming on to campus to do a presentation to students and also individual interviews on Friday 25th March. The presentation is in Hicks Lecture Theatre A - 1.00pm-2.00pm and the interviews will take place during the afternoon at the Careers Service.

The degree subjects that applicants must have studied are different for the different vacancies, but are mainly in the areas of-
-Engineering- Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Materials, Control/Systems
-Computer Science
-but also Maths, Information Management and Law
