There are still some places left on the International Students Workshop on Interview Skills.Please note that it is the last one we are running on this topic this academic year, so if you need help with your interview technique then do not miss out- book now!
It is an afternoon workshop which is jointly run by the Careers Service and the English Language Teaching Centre. It is specifically designed to meet the needs of international students and covers interviews for part-time jobs, internships, placements and graduate positions.
At the session you will learn
-What UK employers expect
-How to prepare for an interview
-How to answer questions
You’ll also get the opportunity to practise your interview skills
The workshop is on Thursday 12th May 1.30pm – 5pm
It is free, but there is a £10 deposit which you get back when you attend the session.
This session is relevant to undergraduates and taught post graduates, (but not PhDs who have their on sessions organised.)
To book a place, call in to the Careers Service, 388 Glossop Road with £10 in cash to leave as a deposit.
